The weight you get is entirely random, which is why it can take a lot of undaunted keys to get the piece you want. I think ZOS needs to give players a stronger incentive to run veteran daily randoms to avoid saturating the normal queue with high-level players, and disrupting the experience for new players.Дifferent monster sets are suited for different roles, but the pieces can drop in any weight (light/medium/heavy). They also don't have to contend with disorganized groups in the much more challenging DLC veteran dungeons. One of the main issues here is that many veteran players choose to run normal random daily dungeons rather than veteran ones, because they award the same amount of xp and transmute crystals.Most other containers would only drop provisions, which aren't a high priority for players. You can loot bodies very quickly, and the only other real treasure you find in dungeons are treasure chests-there are rarely more than 1 or 2, and players with the Excavation skill line can see them very clearly. I don't think players are leaving anything behind either.If players are completing an Undaunted pledge dungeon, the undaunted keys you earn are needed to get the shoulder piece of any 2-piece monster set. However, I think you're also underestimating the importance of the rewards: completing a daily random dungeon awards 10 transmute crystals, which are very useful for optimizing gear. In many cases, they're running their daily random dungeon for the 100,000 xp. For most players, the end rewards are indeed what they're looking for.It's definitely frustrating for newer players, so I'm not saying the practice is okay, but that's your answer. It's because most veteran players have run standard dungeons dozens if not hundreds of times, and are indeed looking to finish as soon as possible. It's been very informative and I appreciate it! So what's the hurry? It's not like you get more experience the faster you complete the dungeon. The rest of my group does all the killing and I follow behind and pick up all the loot. I finally said fuck it and began being left behind as I loot the bodies and search areas for treasure. They kill everyone and immediately begin running to the next kill zone (for lack of a better word). Most of the time no one even stops to search bodies for loot or search the area for treasure. What I've noticed is that everyone is in a hurry to get through and out. I recently began doing the undaunted group quests and it's been interesting.
